All appointments require a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

After the deposit has been made, a message will be sent confirming your appointment date and time.
Guests are required to cancel or reschedule their Torres Domingo Hair and Make Up reservation 48-hours prior to arrival in order to avoid losing their deposit.
If you have booked your appointment with less than 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment you are required to cancel 4 hours before your service start time to avoid losing your deposit.

We offer a 10 minute grace period for clients who are running late. Any later than 10 minutes requires rescheduling and a 25% late cancellation fee.
Please note that you may have to accept a shortened service to keep our on-time clients on schedule.
If you are running late, always call us as soon as possible. Depending on the schedule, we will be able to work with you if we know ahead of time.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without contacting the salon 48 hours prior to cancel, you will lose your deposit. If you choose to rebook, you will be required to pay in full prior to your appointment.
Clients who no show on more than one occasion will not be booked again.

HAIR COLOUR/HIGHLIGHTING
Please come with hair that is clean and dry. Hair should be shampooed at least 48 hours before your hair colour service. You do not need to wash your hair on the day of the appointment.
HAIRCUT
The artist will wash your hair for your appointment. Curly haired clients, please come with how your hair is normally styled so we can see how the hair naturally falls. We will wash your hair as well.
